The SeaTrepid Comanche is an ideal source when seeking a work class solution in a small package. Offering a generous 15kW / 20 hp hydraulic power unit for work class manipulation and tooling combined with a powerful control and diagnostics package for survey and other data collection, the Comanche offers high performance, high reliability, and high adaptability while still providing important customer benefits with regard to capital, reliability, and requiring less deck space than comparable systems.

The SeaTrepid Mohican Mid Class ROV offers a truly versatile, professional ROV system suitable for offshore use. Its size provides a stable platform for high quality video and sonar surveys, and its enhanced propulsion system allows it to continue working in high current conditions.

SeaTrepid owns and operates one of the largest fleets of Outland 1000 ROV systems in the United States. This system has been the “bread and butter” of SeaTrepid since our inception. Due to our intimate knowledge with this small observation class system we expertise to push it beyond the publicly accepted limits of an observational class ROV system. Custom engineering is accomplished for special scopes and applications, our team have engineered solutions for facets of observational subsea challenges.

The Unmanned Surface Vehicles will be launched from the leeward side of the Host Surface Vessel (HSV) by the slewing davit Launch & Recovery System (LARS). The LARS uses a cone and bullet latching system in the launch process to lower the USV to the water surface.

The ROV II can be used as a proximity probe or as a contact probe for checking subsea items, pipelines, or just about any immersed metallic structure

The Mini SSBL transponders are medium frequency mini-transponders that are to be used with either HiPAP or HPR systems when a small and lightweight unit is required.

The BlueView sonar provides streaming sonar imagery making it easy to detect and track targets in zero visibility water. BlueView has coupled high-performance imaging capability with a powerful software package creating one of the worlds most versitle underwater imaging systems.

Due to the small size and capabilities inherent to the system, the 881a is one of the primary sonars used aboard the SeaTrepid SeaRover ROV. Whether mounted to the ROV or tripod mounted, the 881 has assists in nearly all aspects of our operations.

The 852a is utilized on our Outland 1000 ROV to assist with navigation, diver support, inspection, and search & recovery. It is typically mounted in combination with an 852 echo sounder (shown here) to provide even more versatility to the Outland 1000 ROV.

The 831a is the primary sonar of choice during Pipeline Inspections.
