The model 5060 Stationary Compactor features a generous 51” x 60” charge chamber opening and is specially designed for high volumes of trash. Its above average packing force and deep ram penetration into the container does a superior job of reducing bulky waste and trash to a fraction of its original volume. As with most of our models of compactors, the 5060 is available with an optional high volume (HV) power unit which reduces cycle times and increases efficiency.

The Model 5260 Stationary Compactor is one of the industrial models, designed for tough waste streams such as small donation centers and thrift stores, recycling centers, and retail applications. Ideal for compacting items with spring back or memory such as corrugated cardboard. This size model is often set up with a security chute for loading from inside the building (ideal for retail settings). Heavy duty industrial ram and frame a longer life expectancy. Available with single 6” cylinder, single 7” cylinder, and twin 6” cylinders.

The industrial duty 3 cubic yard machine is chosen for applications with high volumes and difficult waste streams. The dual cylinder Stationary Compactor offers 113,100 lbs. of force, this means fewer trips to the landfill are required and labor is saved as the waste doesn’t need to be broken down before compaction.

Our most popular industrial duty 4 and 5 cubic yard machines, they are chosen for tough industrial applications because the 74” x 60”  chamber opening can easily accommodate a full Gaylord box without emptying it or breaking it down. These models are available with 56,550, 76,960, or 113,100 lbs. of force, the higher the force, the better the compaction.

These 6 and 7 cubic yard machines with 98” x 60” chamber openings are often utilized in an open area outside with a right or left hand loading open hopper, ideal for loading with a lift truck. Because of the large chamber size, a dumper can increase efficiency and help reduce workers comp liability. This model is available with 56,550, 76,960, or 113,100 lbs of force.

This 7 cubic yard machine is chosen for high volumes of tough industrial waste and recyclables because the 106” x 60” chamber opening allows for a greater volume of refuse to be loaded before the machine must be activated. This model is available with 56,550, 76,960, or 113,100 lbs. of force.

Stationary Self-Contained Compactors (SSC) allow for wet waste or small particle waste streams to be maximized in a closed compaction container for larger loads and efficient transportation. The SSC equipment is designed with an internal snout on the custom container and an external extended snout on the compactor for clean separation. If wet waste is the issue, a custom sump and optional drain are incorporated into the container. The container is also designed with a sealed door for transportation to the landfill.

The Sebright Pre-Crusher offers a 5” steel wall to crush trash against. This results in a ram force rating of up to 74 and up to 113,100 lbs. of compaction force. Pre-Crushers are ideal for pallets, drum crushing, waste destruction, and to achieve maximum density.

This mini Transfer Station Compactor is designed to pack into semi-trailers for maximum loads and reduced transportation. The Sebright Model 9884T has a 50 HP motor and twin 6” cylinders for resulting maximum force of 113,100 lbs. engineered with extreme use in mind for reduced downtime, lower maintenance, lower operating costs, saving you time and money.
