SMART3G-C2-LD is designed to meet the needs of industrial applications and assures a reliable monitoring of toxic, flammable and refrigerant gas contents in classified areas. The multi-color LED light ring assures an immediate visual indication of the detector status. Ideal in industrial environments, the SMART3G-C2-LD feature one man calibration via the STS/CKD+ calibration keypad. The SMART3G-C2-LD detectors can reliably monitor flammable compounds (% LFL), toxic compounds and refrigerant gases in ppm, Oxygen and CO2 contents in % by vol. The detectors are rated to IP65.

Designed to meet with the harshest conditions of Marine environments, SMART S-MS MED line allows to monitor flammable gas contents both by employing catalytic or infrared technologies. These detectors have been certified to SIL 2 Hardware SIL 3 Software capability and are ATEX certified for zone 1 as II2G Ex db IIC T5 Gb. SMART S-MS line has also been Marine certified by Lloyd`s Register.

All devices connected to the loops feature galvanic isolation to protect the system from any electric noises coming from the field. A broad range of self-testing facilities are implemented to detect and localize possible faults. The backlit graphic LCD display provides a precise indication of the gas concentration being measured. A RS232C serial port allows the PC connection to the CPU board for the panel configuration and supervision. Report from the event memory or real-time printouts can be obtained by connecting a printer to the parallel printer port. The panels are supplied in a robust metal cabinet.

Gas detectors series SMART3 NC have been designed to offer cost effective products with Hi-Tech professional features for car parks and non-classified areas. Available for Methane, LPG, Petrol Vapours, CO, NO2 and CO2, these detectors employ a professional catalytic sensor for flammable gas detection, an electrochemical cell for CO and an infrared sensor for the CO2 detection. The SMART3 NC provide an analog 4-20 mA output signal and can be implemented with additional features to allow the instrument to have an RS485 communication or three-relay output. SMART3 NC gas detectors are rated to IP55.

The SMART3-R have been designed for non classified areas and are ideal for the detection of flammable, toxic and refrigerant gasses in non hazardous environments. The detectors provide analog 4-20 mA, digital RS485 transmissions and 3-relay outputs. A multi-colour LED light ring offers a visual indication of the detector` status while an internal buzzer activates to warn of any fault or alarm condition. SMART3-R are rated to IP42 and feature one-man calibration via the STS/CKD series calibration keypad. On request, SMART3-R can be supplied with remote sensor head. The detector will be supplied with 5m 6-core cable.
