The Series S2000 differential pressure gauges are low cost, diaphragm operated, mechanical differential pressure gauges that may be used in all applications where the Dwyer Magnehelic brand gages may be used. The Sensocon Series S2000 differential pressure gauge can be used in applications for measuring positive, negative, or differential pressure with an accuracy of 2%. Standard applications include monitoring filter status, duct static pressure, room pressure, fan or blower pressure, paint booths, dust collectors, and cabinet purging along with many others.

The Series B4 is a 1/8 DIN digital differential pressure controller for positive, negative, and differential pressure as well as velocity and flow. The patented Series B4 Differential Pressure Cotnroller includes (2) 8A SPDT relays, and an optional digitally scaleable 4-20 mA and 0-5 V output. The programmable control allows full configuration of variables such as setpoints, dead band, engineering units, flow coefficients, and more. The programming is done from a user friendly menu on the OLED display. The OLED also displays the exact setpoints or other user defined variables during normal operation. Furthermore, the menu structure can be customized by moving variables to different menu levels to accommodate user preferences. The Series B4 is easily mounted in a 1/8 DIN cut-out with a panel depth of only 2.1 inches (53 mm).

The Series DPT Multi-Range Differenetial Pressure Transmitter was designed specifically for the building automation and HVAC industry. With field selectable ranges down to 0.1 inches w.c., this product is ideal for monitoring building pressure, static pressure, differential pressure, or air velocity and flow. The Series DPT Differential Pressure Transmitter also has jumper selectable outputs for 4-20 mA or 0-10 V and unit selection giving additional flexibility. For a virtually maintenance free transmitter, order the optional automatic zero and the transmitter will perform its own zero point maintenance. The Multi-Range Differential Pressure Transmitter also has an optional backlit LCD for giving local indication.

The Series VTP Multi Range Air Velocity Transmitter can simultaneously display and output Air Velocity, Temperature and Pressure (optional). This is the first product to combine all 3 variables in one transmitter making the VTP an exceptional option for multi-variable measuring. The VTP utilizes an industrial 316 Stainless Steel armored RTD sensor as the thermal air velocity measuring component. Using a fully protected 316 SS sensor drastically extends the life of the air velocity sensor and also makes it insensitive to water, dust or corrosion. The VTP comes standard with a LCD and can simultaneously display air velocity, temperature, and pressure.

The Series JFM-S FloSen Airflow Measuring Stations provide accurate, repeatable measurement of air movement in HVAC ducts. The Probes patented ellipticallyshaped sensor design with improved aerodynamic characteristics outperforms more traditional devices, and overcomes loss of accuracy caused by fluid separation at the sensor body. It is designed to maintain a constant parallel airflow pattern over the static sensing ports for more accurate, steady signals under all duct conditions. The elimination of separation results in a stabilized static pressure signal, helping to eliminate “hunting” during fan control.

The Series AFS Air Flow Sensor is a differential pressure air velocity sensor designed to measure average air velocities in VAV terminal units and HVAC ductwork. It has an aero-dynamic elliptical shape resulting in a minimum pressure drop and amplified differential pressure signals which allow accurate measurement of air velocities from 300 fpm to 5000 fpm (1.5 m/s to 20 m/s). It includes multiple sensing points aligned in line grooves to measure total and static pressure. It is easy to install and cost effective. Series AFS Airflow Sensors are perfect for VAV Retrofits. The AFS is a differential pressure air velocity sensor designed to measure average air velocities in VAV terminal units and HVAC ductwork.

The Series AFA Siren™ Air Flow Alarm is an airflow monitor designed to provide visual and audible indications for decreases in airflow. Its color changing LED`s provide vibrant visual indication of the operating status of the unit. A crisp and clear audible alarm will sound when airflow decreases below the designated set point. The Siren™ offers multiple mounting options including bracket mounting and interlocking strips. The unit can be powered through the 6-position terminal connection or by use of a power adapter. The Siren™ offers the ability to customize the minimum velocity set point should there be a need for a set point greater than the standard 80% of operational velocity. All units come standard with a night set back option for those who are energy conscious. The Siren also fulfills the exhaust alarm requirement needed to be in compliance with NSF/ANSI Standard 49.

The Series A1 Digital Differential Pressure Gauge is a patented microprocessor based digital pressure gage for positive, negative, and differential measurement designed to be a direct replacement for mechanical gauges. The Series A1 digital differential pressure gauges utilize an extremely stable piezoresistive sensing technology to give a standard full scale accuracy of 1%. For applications requiring better accuracy, the A1 is also available with 0.5% or 0.25% accuracy. The A1 pressure gauge also has an optional 4-20 mA output for applications requiring an output signal. The A1 features a bright ½" LED display, which gives the gauge improved readability and precision. The A1 digital differential pressure gauges also feature 5 user selectable engineering units including in. w.c., mm w.c., cm w.c., kPa, and Pa. The Series A1 offers an improved look, and performance compared to mechanical gauges.
