Routine maintenance on the SEC DIR Dual Gas Analyzer and SEC Signature Process Gas Analyzer is to replace the filters periodically. This Hydrophobic Filter Teflon® Fiberglass is a proprietary filter used specifically in the SEC Signature Process Gas Analyzer and SEC DIR Dual Gas Analyzer. Instructions to replace this filter can be found in the instruction manual.

The SEC Signature Process Gas Analyzer is a self-contained optical gas detector designed for non-intrusive continuous monitoring of process gases.  These process gas analyzers operate in anaerobic atmospheres.  The Signature Process infrared gas analyzer is unaffected by humidity and pressure.  The infrared optical system is self-compensating (patented) for most aging, environmental, and contamination effects resulting in excellent measurement integrity.  No mirrors or reflecting surfaces are used in this device.  Anodized aluminum surfaces of the optical chambers are heated to discourage condensation. These gas analyzers are explosion proof and low cost.  The SEC optical gas detector continually does self-diagnostics to ensure reliable protection for your personnel and equipment.
