The IC indexing cabinet is designed to collect individual or composite samples in multiple containers, and is compatible with most Sentry solid and powder automatic samplers. The Sentry IC indexing cabinet has a stainless steel enclosure with an electrically driven carousel featuring 8, 16 or 24 indexing positions, allowing multiple samples to be collected without the need for operator assistance.

The Sentry FSR tube sample cooler cools a sample from a process stream. That may seem simple, but each FSR is a uniquely designed small tube in a shell heat exchanger.  The sample to be cooled flows through the tube side of the cooler, and the cooling fluid, usually water, flows through the shell side. The cooled sample then can be taken to a laboratory for analysis or piped to in-line process instrumentation for continuous monitoring of properties such as conductivity, pH or other chemical constituents.

Sentry`s CWIS Cooling Water Isolation Skid helps control the negative consequences associated with water and temperature inconsistency. By recirculating clean water behind a plate and frame heat exchanger, the CWIS protects your sample coolers from plant service water and ensures scaling/fouling is eliminated. The cooling water isolation skid moves beyond protecting coolers by maintaining a constant temperature and pressure with an included pump.

Sentry`s CoolantLoop quickly promotes the capture and separation of contaminated floating oils and suspended solids from your valuable machining coolants. Additionally, our FilterLoop process can polish the coolant to levels of 1 -10 micron. With the correct processes in place, your coolant life can be extended exponentially. By getting the fluids out of dirty sumps on a regular basis, all three types of coolant contamination problems – tramp oils, solids, and bacteria – can easily and effectively be removed. Our SmartSkim products incorporate the coalescing and skimming technologies to ensure this occurs.

Serving up to 32 sample streams between up to 8 analyzers, our sequencer ensures that you are maximizing uptime and decreasing reagent costs with accurate values. Individually programmable times and custom sequences allow each sequencer to be customized to your unique requirements.
