Polymer flocculants or flocculation aids are organic macromolecules, which can be used for solid-liquid separations.

Adsorbent agents are powdery mixtures of inorganic adsorbents, metal salts and organic polymers. Due to their porous nature they offer a very large surface; contamination in the waste water can be effectively adsorbed.

Mixtures of organic coagulants, polymer flocculants and aluminium salts serve as flotation aids. SEPAR CHEMIE flotation aids are highly effective liquid flocculation and flotation agents with a wide application spectrum.
