The Chipmunk Jaw crushers are smaller (2.25”x 3” and 2.25” x 4”) and capable of reducing friable material, including ore and minerals to 1/16”. Standard jaw and cheek plates are abrasion resistant steel. Manganese steel plates are available as an option.

The laboratory anti-friction bearing crushing rolls are of rugged construction for batch or continuous abrasive size reduction service in mineral, chemical and industrial applications. It is ideal for batch sample feed preparation for subsequent grinding, leaching and other processing operations. Also, it is suited for use as a secondary crusher in continuous pilot plant crushing circuits, and small continuous industrial crushing applications involving brittle or friable material. The portable support stand is available for laboratory flexibility.

The Model 15-S Table is a miniaturized version of the full-sized No. 6 Concentrating Table. It incorporates all of the features of this commercial size table, including anti-friction bearing head motion, deck support on a separate steel sub frame and main channel base, plus a vari-speed drive. The end elevation adjustment can be quickly and easily adjusted, since this adjustment is one of the most important adjustment on a concentrating table. The ease of making rapid adjustments is particularly useful in a laboratory situation, when a wide variety of materials and conditions may be encountered.

SEPOR’s bench or floor type jar mill drives are used for turning laboratory size jar mills used for wet or dry grinding, blending, dispersing, and other conditioning. The SEPOR series of drive rolls are rugged in design, use 2″ diameter neoprene rollers (60 Dura) with a jar stop to prevent jars from over running the roll. When the jar drives reach 48” in length, the roll diameter is increased to 2.5”. AC electric input is converted to DC for speed control in a 20 to 320 RPM range. The distance between rolls is also variable. A wide variety of jar sizes can be used. All units are operable on 50 or 60 Hz.110 V/1 Ph/60 Hz or 220 V/1 Ph/50 Hz.

The “analysette 3” is a “shaking sieve” system in the classic sense, with an electromagnetic drive in the base which vibrates the sieves vertically. The material to be sieved is propelled upwards periodically from the woven sieve cloth, as it returns to the mesh of the sieve it is forced through the apertures to the collecting pan located on the base. The regulated vertical action produces optimum material sizes for sieving and ensures an even distribution of the material over the entire sieve mesh. As there are no centrifugal effects, all forces act directly in the separating process of the sieves, almost regardless of the level of acceleration.

The batch 3 gallon, 8 inch diameter pressure filter is designed for batch filtration of lab scale quantities of slurries under pressures of 60 PSI. The filter is tested at 80 PSI, but normal operating pressure is up to 60 PSI. The filter is available in carbon steel construction or 304 stainless steel construction (316 SS is also available). It features a 8” diameter by 14” height removable cylinder, a 10” square base plate with threaded bottom and side discharge ports, a swing away lid for easy filling, emptying, and is shipped completely assembled. Also included are 1/4” NPT quick connect air coupling for air supply, one standard polypropylene filter cloth with nominal 25 μ pore opening, one hi-seal filter cloth with built in rubber gasket, one package of 100 high wet strength filter papers (25 μ pore opening), pressure gauge, petcock valve for charging/discharging air, safety relief valve.
