Co2 + O2 Map Analyzer
SERRAX TECHNOLOGIES manufactures a series of modified atmosphere packaging gas analyzers, also known in abbreviated form as MAP gas analyzers. They are used for the measurement of the head space gas in gas flushed food packages. These include residual oxygen, tri-gas mix for case ready meat, carbon dioxide (CO2) mixes and elevated levels of oxygen. The hand held units can be used in the lab or on the production packaging line. The MAP650 gas analyzers use two measurement methods for food packaging gas analysis: NDIR for carbon dioxide (CO2) gases, and Electro chemical sensors for oxygen (O2).
Portable Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Analyzer
SERRAX TECHNOLOGIES introduces an indigenous portable carbon dioxide gas analyzer. CDA802 is a micro-controller based instrument which shows real time CO2 values. The instrument has an internal battery operated pump to draw in an air sample. An in-built data-logger is used to record the values and software is provided to download the data to MS Excel for trend analysis. Typical applications include incubator testing, green-house assessment, warehouse monitoring, gas cylinder testing, etc.
Pen Drive Enabled Aws
SERRAX’s automatic weather station (AWS10B) is robust instrument which stores data into internal SD card for months and facilitate to retrieve through a pen drive. An AWS10B consist of a weather-proof enclosure containing the data logger, rechargeable battery and the meteorological sensors with an attached optional solar panel mounted upon a tripod stand. The specific configuration may vary due to the purpose of the system. AWS10B supports RS232 data transfer upto 50 meters long cable to customer PC.

Real Time Air Quality Monitor
SERRAX TECHNOLOGIES pioneers the development of an indigenous real-time air quality monitoring system in a compact shelter. Meteorology, Particulate and gas measurement are performed simultaneously. Particulate monitoring is performed via a laser light scattering system and gaseous pollutants are monitored via electrochemical sensors. The system has an in-built data logger and can be configured to upload data at periodic intervals to our optional cloud server via a GSM modem. As such users can access data from anywhere.
