Servinox - Model LPA-A - Flush Mounted 3-A Washing Valve for Agitated Tank
The LPA-A washing valve was designed to perform heavy-duty cleaning of the tank during NEP cycles: it is used to reach the “obscure zones” created by components like the agitators and their shafts, the anchors and the wipers. Each LPA-A valve is unique: Servinox studies the impact zones based on the characteristics of the tank and its components for optimal washing efficiency and reduced cycle time. Fixed on the tank housing, its flush design makes it possible to avoid disrupting the operation of the lining wipers and damaging them.
Servinox - Model MV - Multiport Ball Valve for Process Line and All Types of Fluids
The multiport ball valve is intended to close one or more circuits or to distribute pressurised fluids to one or more channels. The MV valve is comprised of a body including 2 to 4 channels and a key (cylindrical ball) that orients the fluid’s circulation. Its hygienic design makes it possible to ensure there is no retention zone, while giving it optimal cleanability per stroke during NEP cycles. This value is intended for circuits carrying group 2 clear or viscous liquid products (Article 13 of the European directive 2014/34/EU) loaded with solid particles.

Servinox - Model RVO - Pig Speed Control Panel
Pig control panel for process or transfer lines and all types of fluids. The RVO Pig Speed Control Panel continuously and autonomously adjusts the pig’s push pressure to the most appropriate pressure. It is used to instantly control the pig’s travel speed during the pigging. This system can be used irrespective of the particularities of the line to pig or the product to recover. “Know how to anticipate the essential flows and pressures to control the pigging”.

Servinox - Model XSR - Pigging System
Pigging system for process or transfer lines and all types of fluids. Designed to integrate perfectly on transfer lines, the Servinox pigging system is intended to add value to the recovered residual mass via a pig. The pig is positioned before the drainage zone and then propelled in the piping by a push fluid (gas or liquid). The standard equipment is comprised of an online starting station, an arrival station and a pig. It can be completed by full-flow multichannel valves (MV) that make it possible to adapt the lines in order to optimise the pigging phases. The pigging can be controlled manually or automatically with a pig speed control panel.
Safety & Protection
Servinox - Model BOG - Pressure, Depression and Gas Collection Safety Valve
Pressure, depression and gas collection safety valve for inerted tank. The BOG range of valves are equipment designed to protect low pressure tanks not subject to the DESP against depressions (vacuum breaker) and/or overpressures. Depending on the version, the valve’s exhaust can be collected. Servinox has the tools to size a valve based on the characteristics of the tank (diameter, height), resistances (pressure, depression) and washing conditions (temperature, flow).
Quality & Traceability
Servinox - Model PEMA - Sampling With A Flush Membrane for Tank
Sampling with a flush membrane for tank, process or storage and low viscosity liquids. The PEMA sampling cock is used to take a sample of clear or slightly viscous liquid from a tank in order to perform quality and/or bacteriological controls. The cock has a connection dedicated to the flow of NEP liquid used to clean the sampling chamber. The tap is sealed with a membrane. Its hygienic design guarantees the lack of a retention zone (conducive to bacteria growth) and excellent cleanability. Its hygienic qualities, its simplicity of assembly and maintenance make it a market reference.

Servinox - Model XLA - Automatic Coupling System With Touch Screen
Secure transfer & automatic gas purging: The XLA automatic coupling system with touch screen can be used to transfer fluid and continuously supply a system via an automatic change of tank, while draining the gas not related to the product that is in the piping. As a general rule, this unit is located before a bottling machine or a storage tank (fermentation tanks to filters, etc.).
