HID a new designed excavation transportation carrier has launched successfully and ready to start his first operation. The excavator platform is specially developed to support excavator working in water for hard layer dredging project which could not be dredged by cutter suction dredger or bucket wheel dredger.

The spuds barge pontoon to handle excavator to work in river sea and lake, which is widely used for lake, river ,coastal areas dredging that are not navigable by traditional dredger. The excavator bottom plate is thickened and strengthened.

This excavator barge has been successfully built in accordance with the customer’s needs in 50days. has been transported to the work site. Completed assembling, the barge has been put into operation last month. The Excavator pontoon is specially developed to support excavator working in water for hard layer dredging project. It can support excavators dredging and mining in disordered river and complex water area with strong adaptability.

The pontoon is modular designed,  and manufactured obtained ZC ship inspection certificate of chins ship inspection bureau. Constructed with CCSB marine steel plate and using CCS marine paint, the hull is strong and corrosion resistant. support containers shipping to save a great deal of shipping cost for our clients. It is used to support the excavator to work in the river for sand mining project.

HID company could design and product a series of excavator barge, excavator floating pontoon, excavator transportation platform in water ranging from 25 tonnage to 80 tonnage. The excavator floating pontoon is diesel driven, with engine unit in the ship body. Our excavator barge is dismountable, which will be dis-assembled before delivery and re-assembled in client`s designated place.
