Cartridge filter (also named precision filter), the housing usually is made of stainless steel. The filter uses cartridge as the filtering medium. The cartridge can be: Melt Blow Cartridge/String Wound Cartridge/PP Folded Cartridge/ Nylon Membrane Cartridge/PES Cartridge/PTFE Cartridge (Detail pls check page 21-22). A different filtering element is selected according to different filtered material and the designed technology to reach the quality requirements. The filter precision range: 0.1~60um; the model includes 10 inches, 20 inches, 30 inches and 40 inches; Connection ports: plug port (222 and 226) and flat port.

Jacketed bag filter has a double layers design. There is an external layer outside the housing, and the layer has an inlet and an outlet. Steam, water or conduction oil can be introduced into the external chamber, it can keep or increase the liquid temperature in the vessel, so that to protect liquid from crystallization or solidification caused by temperature dropping; and improve the filter speed of viscous liquid; and meet the temperature requirement in next process (this filter’s inside structure, work principle and features are same as single bag filter in Page9). We can customize various jacketed bag filter as per your different working condition.

The structure, principle, features and applications of multi bag filter is same as single bag filter (Page 09). Regarding the inlet/outlet type, normally it adopts “side-in / bottom-out” or “side-in and side-out” type (especially we also can supply “bottom-in and bottom-out”type). Regarding the opening type, it has: eyebolts, rocker and quick open. The bag quantity can be  2 - 24 bags.
