Metallic Material - Scattered Metal

Greenearth - Gallium Metal

Gallium is a chemical element with the symbol Ga and atomic number 31. It is in group 13 of the periodic table, and thus has similarities to the other metals of the group, Aluminium, Indium, and Thallium. Elemental gallium is a soft, silvery metal at standard temperature and pressure. It is the only metal other than mercury to be in a liquid state at room temperature. Liquid gallium wets porcelain and glass surfaces; it forms a bright, highly reflective surface when coated on glass.

Metallic Material - Metalloid

Greenearth - Selenium Powder

Selenium is a chemical element with symbol Se and atmoic number 34. It is a nonmetal with properties that are intermediate between the elements above and below in the periodic table, sulfur and tellurium, and also has similarities to arenic. It rarely occurs in its elemental state or as pure ore compounds in the Earth’s crust. Selenium has six naturally occurring isotopes. Black Selenium is a brittle, lustrous solid that is slightly soluble in CS2.

Compound - Oxide

Greenearth - Aluminum Oxide

Aluminium oxide is a chemical compound of aluminium and oxygen with the chemical formula Al2O3. Aluminum oxide is a white odorless crystalline powder. Properties (both physical and chemical) vary according to the method of preparation; different methods give different crystalline modifications. The variety formed at very high temperature is quite inert chemically.

Greenearth - Antimony Oxide

Antimony(III) oxide is the inorganic compound with the formula Sb2O3. It is found in nature as the minerals valentinite and senarmontite. Like most polymeric oxides, Sb2O3 dissolves in aqueous solutions only with hydrolysis.

Compound - Carbide

Greenearth - Boron Carbide

Boron carbide (chemical formula approximately B4C) is an extremely hard boron-carbon ceramic  and covalent  material. With a Vickers Hardness of >30 GPa, it is one of the hardest known materials, behind cubic boron nitride  and diamond. Its Mohs hardness is 9.36, melting point 2350℃, density 2.51g/cm3. Boron carbide steel, jewel, hard ceramic and other hard materials, and to manufacture wear-resisting parts, metal cutting tools, nozzles and neutron-absorbing rods.

Greenearth - Chromium Carbide

Chromium Carbide is a refractory compound with extremely hardness and corrosion resistant , which means that it retains its strength at high temperatures as well. Cr23C6 has a cubic crystal structure and a Vickers hardness of 976 kg/mm2. Cr7C3 has a hexagonal crystal structure and a microhardness of 1336 kg/mm2.
