The ASC series pneumatic scraper-type self-cleaning filter is a new effective scraper-type self-cleaning filter independently researched and developed by SP. It can automatically remove particle impurities on the internal surfaces of the filter cartridge through mechanical scraping, in realization of online continuous filtration. The ASC filter is mainly designed for high-viscosity applications. It is suitable for fluids with the viscosity of up to 800,000MPa.s, and has the filter precision of 50-1500μm.

The ABW is electromechanical integration equipment with such advantages as reasonable design, high filtering efficiency, low operation cost and continuous filtration during back flushing; it is widely used in metallurgy, chemical engineering, electrical power, oil field reinjection water, ballast water, water treatment for environmental protection and other fields.

The SP SMP series metal powder back-flushing filter is suitable for filtration of materials with high contents of solid impurities or under high temperature and high pressure. The filter can be cleaned by using back-flushing, blasting or ultrasonic wave, while the cleaning is a continuous and automatic procedure, having avoided frequent manual cleaning and unnecessary parking; meanwhile, pollution by filter materials and residual liquid to the environment has been reduced to the maximum extent.

The ASF fully automatic scraper-type filter is a new generation of mechanical self-cleaning filter independently researched and developed by SP. Different from the ASF back-flushing self-cleaning filter, the ASF fully automatic scraper-type filter is suitable for self-cleaning filtration of more solvents, acid and alkali solutions, polymers, pigments and other viscous materials. The filter precision is 30-30000μm. The filter can be used for filtration of fluids with the viscosity of up to 800,000 cp.

An SP single plastic bag filter is an integrally-formed economical and durable product that features firm structures, safe and reliable operation and easy installation. The special turtle back-shaped fluid inlet functions to ensure the safety and pressure resistance of the seal, having avoided liable side leakage problems of traditional plastic bag filters. Meanwhile, the design has also ensured close contact between the filter bag and the filter barrel, so that penetration of filter residue is prevented.

SP QC series is designed with a user-friendly automatic balancing clamp-type operating mechanism that is different from the traditional complex rotary mechanism. This series is particularly suitable for applications that require frequent replacements of filter cartridge or fast switching of filters for uninterrupted production. Compared with traditional eye bolts, the clamp and turning wheel of this series can be manually operated at fixed points, while opening/closing takes a very short time, having greatly promoted the work efficiency. In addition, the automatic balancing mechanism may function to realize vertical opening/closing of the top cover, so that the operation space required is reduced; meanwhile, the cover can remain still at any angle, and the internal structural is so designed as to prevent any personal injury of the operator.

SP multi-bag filters comprise of three series, i.e. BM (rocker arm bolt series), QC (quick-opening & balance series) and BB (bolt-balancing series).

The SP hygiene-grade filter has the barrel fully made of superior 304 or 316L stainless steel. Each filter is a product carefully made with strictly selected materials, with streamlined design free from any crack ensured. The filter has properly designed surface and maximum corrosion resistance to satisfy the quality standard for prevention of bacterial pollution. The unique structure of the hygiene-grade filter barrel has no dead corner on the internal or external surface, and can be fully demounted for washing. Besides, the filter can be easily operated.
