Shanghai Techase Environment Protection Co., Ltd applications
In recent years, the national environment protection department has gradually raised the discharge standards of wastewater. Some wastewater treatment plants need to be modified from existing water treatment structures. They have even added subsequent deep treatment processes to achieve the goal of meeting emissions or water reuse targets. Upgrading and reconstruction has become a more and more urgent requirement for wastewater treatment plants.
In recent years, with the rapid development of China`s urban economy, the discharge of urban wastewater has been increasing continuously. As a result of the large number of pollutants into the river, it results in seasonal or year-round black and smelly water. The black odorous water not only brings the extremely bad sense experience to people, but also directly affects the water environment problems of people’s production and life.
With the least amount of organic matter, relatively stable composition and performance, best mechanical performance and less pollution, the building slurry can be used as building materials, filling soil or greening soil after dehydration and improvement. There will be more and more waste slurry and building slurry produced with the continuous development of the city.
With the rapid growth of oilfield ground engineering construction projects, wastewater treatment system plays a very important role in the ground engineering construction, among which oily sludge treatment system is an indispensable part.
The residue of traditional Chinese medicine extracted by pharmaceutical factories in production is commonly called Chinese medicine residue. As the national and social requirements for environmental protection are higher and higher, Chinese medicinal residue is no longer discarded as the original treatment method. Usually, it can only be treated by incineration of boiler. As there is a lot of liquid in the residue, the combustion cost is relatively high. The screw press is used to squeeze and dehydrate the Chinese medicine residue. It not only recovered the loss of liquid, but also greatly reduced the cost of raw materials’ burning, which saved time, effort and the capital investment.
In recent years, with the continuous development, papermaking industry has become one of the basic industries in China, and occupies an important position in the whole national economy. At the same time, the papermaking industries are also the heavy load consumers of deep dewatering equipment, and the running time of such load is continuous. According to the actual work situation, each manufacturer makes the sludge deep dewatering equipment application in the papermaking industry bring great economic benefit to their enterprises.
A great deal of waste water is discharged in the process of mining, but 40% of mine areas in China are seriously short of water, which has restricted the development of mining enterprises` production. Mining area in the northwest is mostly in mountainous areas, and water resources are scarcer. Surface water is mainly intermittent river. The dilution capacity of flow is poor all year round. The wastewater discharged into the river causes pollution. A large amount of mine waste water from mining enterprises is discharged into nearby rivers, which pollutes surface water and groundwater with heavy metals in the waste water. The water quality and the utilization rate both decrease. However, the treatment efficiency of the above waste water is low, and most of it is not utilized, resulting in a large amount of waste water.
Pectin waste water from fruit and vegetable processing industries, such as canning, mainly contains high concentration of pickling water, alkaline wash water and rinse water, low concentration of cleaning water of site and equipment. The pectin waste water generated during the processing of fruits and vegetables contains a large amount of pulp, clothing and meridian of fruits, which are dissolved into water to form a large amount of pectin and sugars, making the waste water have the characteristics of high organic content, high SS content and high BOD/COD.
Animal husbandry industry is an important part of China`s agriculture and rural economy. The problem of environment pollution caused by the rapid development of animal husbandry industry is increasingly serious. Emissions of major pollutants from agriculture, life and industry sources were analyzed and summarized in the First National Survey Bulletin of Pollution Sources, which was released in February 2010. Among the agriculture sources, the COD and ammonia nitrogen emissions in animal husbandry industry were 1,268,26,00 tons and 717,300 tons respectively, accounting for 95.8% and 78.1% of the agricultural COD and ammonia nitrogen emissions, and 41.9% and 41.5% of the national COD and ammonia nitrogen emissions.
The waste water of food industry varies greatly according to the industry, among which the pollutants are mainly organic substances, such as high food fiber, starch or protein. The morphology in water includes particulate matter, colloidal substance and dissolved substance. The pH value of most wastewater is close to neutral, and the concentration of pollutants in wastewater varies greatly. Food industrial wastewater is characterized by high BOD and easy biodegradation. It is mainly treated with mature biochemical treatment technology and professional equipment.
