Sheldons - Model D2 Series - PVC Bifurcated Axial Fan
Series 2100 PVC Bifurcated Axial Fan. Sheldons solid PVC Bifurcators were designed to meet the need for an absolutely non-corrosive fan to handle the exhaust fumes from chemical laboratory fume cabinets. With its axial flow arrangement, the Bifurcator is suited to installation in ductwork with the minimum of elbows or transitions.The fan can be installed in vertical andhorizontal installations. This fan is available with Cast Aluminum and various plastic wheels. The fan can be supplied in single stage or two stage design.
Sheldons - Model D2 Series - Steel Plate Bifurcated Fans
Steel plate Bifurcated fans are used for exhausting acid fumes, steam or vapours which would have a detrimental effect on the motor, we furnish Bifurcated Exhaust Fans from 12" size to 54" size as standard design, larger sizes are available as a custom design. With the Bifurcated design the exhausted gas does not contact the motor or drive belts. Insulated Bifurcated fan are available to handle gases up 950 Deg F, shaft cooling wheels are added to HOT fans which should also be protected from personnel contact by the installing contractor, Welded wire mesh or Expanded metal cages are available as an option. These fans can be supplied in Aluminum and Stainless Steel with the wheels built of the same material if required.

Sheldons Series 9400 Vaneaxial and Tubeaxial with steel wheels. SIZES: 12" to 120" Wheel Diameter, Class 1 , 2 or 3. PERFORMANCE: 1,500 cfm to 325,000 cfm and up to 5" spwg. APPLICATION: Used in high temperature and corrosive environments. Can also be built of Stainless Steel & Aluminum. Belt driven and direct driven arrangements are available.

6100 Unifoil : an economical, square body fan. with backward curved wheel blades. Intended for use in commercial & light industrial applications Can be made of Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum. Arrangements 1,9 & 4 are available. Class 1 to 4. Fan wheel sizes 12-1/2" dia to 49" dia. SISW only. Performance range 1500 cfm at 1" spwg to 75,000 cfm at 13" and limited to 300 DegF/ 149C with standard construction, for temperatures above 300 DegF /149C consult Sheldons Engineering Dept.
Sheldons - Model 8500 - Air Foil Centrifugal Fan
8500 A was available in Arrangement 1,2,3,4,7,8 & 9, with a standard scroll housing, it is generally, replaced with the 8000 Ultrafoil or the 8500 AF, except as a replacement for existing installations.

Sheldons - Model 1100 Series - Versatility Fan Sets
An economical packaged fan unit for small and medium ventilation requirements. Only suitable for ambiant temperature, dust free, applications.
Fans are available in Steel, Aluminum and Stainless Steel when used for corrosian resistance purposes only. This fan is generally considered obsolete and built to replace fans in existing installations. The current choice would be the 6000 series of Square body Fans or the 1100 series Utility fan.
