Great Wall Activated Carbon Filter Sheets were developed to satisfy general purpose carbon adsorption applications in the food and beverage industry. Activated carbon is highly porous over a broad range of pore sizes, from cracks and crevices to molecular dimensions. It is this porosity that provides activated carbon’s unique adsorptive properties.  Activation refers to the development of the adsorption properties of carbon. Adsorption occurs when the organic molecules bond to the internal pores of the activated carbon filter sheets. This happens in pores slightly larger than the molecules being adsorbed, which makes it extremely important to match the molecule being adsorbed to the pore size of the activated carbon.

K series depth filter sheets are specifically manufactured for polishing filtration of viscous liquids and media containing particles.  The depth filter sheet is used in the chemical, cosmetics, and food industries for clarifying filtration of coarse, crystalline, amorphous or gel-like impurity structures. According to given specifications, a wide range of filtration tasks can be performed, even with highly viscous liquids.

Our Depth-Stack Filter Cartridge are a new type of filter cartridge using depth filter sheets. It is designed using a double separator concept. This separator design increases the total stability of the filter cartridge as the separators fully support the sheet material. This design also prevents filter sheet deformities after heat treatments and adverse effects of contact with hot sanitation. It is manufactured with rigid external clips to prevent damaging filter sheets during module loading and unloading while allowing for easy and reliable handing.

The filter cloth produced by us has smooth surface, strong wear resistance, good air permeability, high strength, acid resistance, alkali resistance and high temperature resistance.
