Sheth Concepts - Gear Box
Our gearboxes are heavy duty, right-angled, available in both spiral bevel and spiral bevel cum helical type designs. They are specially designed for rugged cooling tower conditions. The rating practice and operation considerations are as per the CTI STD-111 (86) with a factor of safety of over 2.
Sheth Concepts - Drive Shaft
Our drive shafts are available in galvanized steel, stainless steel 304, 316 and carbon fiber, designed to transmit high torque ratings for cooling tower applications. They are tubular, single span and flexible to compensate for any misalignment. All drive shafts and their components are completely inter-changeable and designed as per ANSI/AGMA 9000 - D11.
Sheth Concepts - Spray Nozzle
All non clog nozzles are made from inert polypropylene, capable of withstanding severe water conditions. They are available in various designs and sizes to meet the water distribution needs. As the name suggest, their large orifice keeps them free from clogging and diffuser rings ensures uniform water distribution. Spiral target nozzles are gravity fed and are used for cross flow cooling towers. Both non clog nozzles with diffuser ring and three stage nozzles are used for counter flow cooling towers.
Sheth Concepts - Rubber Inserts
Fabricated from premium quality rubber our Rubber Inserts have great industrial uses. Our wide range of rubber inserts are flanged neoprene or E.P.D.M. rubber bushing with a captive brass or stainless steel nut permanently bonded within. These are widely used to reduce vibration and absorbing shock and noise.
Sheth Concepts - Fan Blade Assembly
We manufacturer 12inch to 384inch Fan Blad Assembly Uniform velocity over the entire blade area is the most important criteria of efficient axial flow fan design. To produce a uniform velocity through out its length, a fan blade must vary from a thin tip to a thick cambered root. Each point on the blade must have the proper combination of chord (Blade width) and angle. This results in a great deal of twist in a properly designed blade, a shape impossible to produce by extrusion. The fan blades are jig-formed to provide the complex contour needed for high aerodynamic efficiency.
Sheth Concepts - Yoke Assembly
Available with us is a wide range of Yoke Assembly. Our range of products is widely appreciated for their superior performance and reliable operations. Moreover, these are in compliance with international quality standards and widely demanded by our domestic and international clients.
