Spiral filter belt is made of 100% polyester, it is filled with polyester fillers to reduce the air permeability, and reduce the solids loss from the meshes. It is widely used on belt filter press, belt thickener, high-pressure press-filter washer, horizontal belt washer and solid-liquid separator. It has been extensively used in all kinds of industries such as printing, drying food, environment protection, salt industry, pharmaceutical industry, coal/ mining industry, pottery and other industry.

Sludge dewatering belt is one type of polyester filter belt. It is mainly used on belt filter press and belt thickener for sludge dewatering, food and beverage pressing, coal sludge dewatering, mine tailings drying and other filtration industries.

Generally vacuum press filter belt is made of PP or PET wires. It is mainly used for the filtration and separation of ore washing, pharmaceuticals and chemical industries, such as the desulfurization gypsum (FGD) vacuum filtration in power plant, phosphoric acid slurry filtration, potassium sodium feldspar powder processing. Vacuum press filter belt is often used on the vacuum rubber belt filter, horizontal vacuum belt filter, vacuum drum filter and vertical filter press.

Filter cloth is a very important part of the filter press to achieve solid-liquid separation. Common filter cloth materials are: polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA) and polyester. Most commonly used in solid-liquid separation industry, coal washing, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, environmental protection and other industries. The characteristics of our filter cloth are not easy to be blocked, good cake unloading performance, high tensile strength and good sealing performance.

Our polyester plain woven fabrics (Linear screen) has two types 2-sheds(1/1) and 3-sheds (1/2). They are widely used in the paper industry to produce pulp board, wood-based board factory, packaging paper industry and linear board making industry. It is also used for the production of high-density board, food drying, tea drying, feed drying, fruit and vegetable transportation drying, belt filter press, material screening, environmental protection (WWTP), thickening and other filtration industries.

Our forming belts are especially designed for nonwoven production line. According to the nonwoven production requirement, we designed forming belts in round yarn, flat yarn, high hydrolysis -resistance material, antistatic material and so on . Our forming belts are suitable for different kinds of nonwoven production line, such as S, SS, SSS/SMS, SSMS/SMMS, SMMSS lines. The belts can match the maximum nonwoven machine speed to 700m/min.

According to the weaving, polyester forming fabric can be divided into single layer fabrics, double layer fabrics, double and a half layer fabrics, 3 layers forming fabrics. It is mainly used for the making of different papers, such as toilet paper, culture paper, packing paper, kraft paper, liner board, corrugated paper, cardboard paper etc.

Antistatic belt are made by polyester and conductive yarns(carbon wire/ bronze wire ), which is especially designed for wood based panel board industry. The function of the conductive yarn is to release the friction electrostatic which generated from high speed machine running. It is mainly used in MDF/HDF production and particle board production as pre-press belts or ventilation belts, environmental protection. Seam type : double pin seam, spiral seam, clipper seam, endless seam.

Our press felt are mainly used for paper forming, wet paper pressing and conveying in the paper industry. According to the location on the paper machine can be divided into wet felts, top felt and dryer felt. The function of the wet felt is to press the raw paper to make it dehydrated and smooth the paper surface. The top felt is used above the wet felt and plays the role of leading, flattening paper and drying. Dryer felt wraps the dryer cylinder to iron and dry the paper.
