ICP Breathe Process (Main Pipe)
Hot water showering is employed for curing. The showering system instantaneously distributes uniform temperature inside the pipe and quickly promotes curing. Hot water showering method minimizes consumption of water, and economizes energy. In comparison with hot water filled in the liner pipe, the showering method reduces consumption of water to one tenth of filled hot water method. Both fuel and construction time are to be saved to a great extent.
Lining Lateral Pipe
For perfect unification of main and lateral pipes, lining of lateral pipe precedes that of main pipe. Water tightness is ensured with this order of processing. S Collar attached to the lateral lining port will protect the port of lateral pipe from damages and make a good guide for drilling an opening to lateral pipe. An applied packing seals off water leakage from joint of lateral opening.
Lining Manhole
Many methods are known and practiced for rehabilitation of wastewater pipelines, but when it comes to a manhole, there are few that supersede the conventional repairing methods. Successful rehabilitation is warranted for manholes, too, by developing common ICP lining process applicable to manholes. The manhole rehabilitation process has been approved as a new authorized method by Sewerage Technology Development and Promotion Organization, agency of Ministry of Land and Transportation. (Cert. No. 2002 dated December 2002).
3S Segment Process
Hard molded plastic segments are bolted together and built up into an inner pipe. Fillers are injected into the cavity between the host pipe wall and the segments. Applicable to any shape of pipes; circular, rectangular, etc. Segments, filler, and existing host pipe are combined to create another strengthened pipeline; a new process which enables rehabilitation of super large pipes.
