The Xcalibur is a robust hydraulic sheeting system produced by Shur-Co for skiploaders, facilitating the swift and safe securing of loads from ground level. The system features a spring-loaded rollerbar designed to extend and retract the tarp, significantly reducing sheet damage. The Shur-Co Gladiator is a hydraulic sheeting system designed for hookloaders and drawbar trailers. This system allows drivers to safely adjust the tarp mechanism from ground level, positioning a spring roller on the rear of containers. Side flaps on the tarp can be secured using an extending hook, ensuring load protection. The steelwork undergoes an extensive 6-point paint process for durability, involving adhesive stripping, shot blasting, degreasing, and dual primer coatings with a final coating that meets GSB standards.
