The SHW rotor is the optimum discharge unit for virtually all bulk materials that are difficult to handle, which are stored in circular silos. The drag arm position and the driving torque self-adjust to the flow behaviour of the bulk material.f-adjust to the flow behaviour of the bulk material.

The Eccentric Frame is ideal for discharging dry and wet materials that are hard to handle. For cylindrical silos the rotary wheel has a rotating and eccentric movement, for rectangular silos the movement is eccentric.

The Sliding Frame is an ideal discharge unit for dry and fine, wet bulk materials that are difficult to handle and sludge. The frame is driven hydraulically. Optionally the frame may be designed as a two- or three-part system, driven in an offset mode.
       

The Oscillating Frame with its alternating rotating and oscillating movement is very good for discharging dry bulk materials that are difficult to handle from cylindrical silos.

The SHW Live Bottom is the ideal discharge unit for nearly all bulk materials that are difficult to handle and which are stored in rectangular silos. The material discharge ladders are hydraulically driven in an offset mode.

The SHW Screw Conveyor is an independent component used by all the discharge units with flexible controls to suit each individual application.
