Benchtop ultrasonic coating system is able to equip with almost all of series of Siansonic ultrasonic nozzles such as Widemist, Focumist, Conemist, Micromist, etc. Benchtop ultrasonic coating system is also includes precision metering pump such as syringe pump which can be sonication syringe pump for option, carrier gas controller, vacuum heating plate or high temperature heating plate up to 500 °C for spray pyrolysis, exhaust system, touch screen, etc. Benchtop ultrasonic coating system is optimal for research and development or small volume production of thin film coatings and capable of reducing the minimum requirement on liquid volume (only around 5-10ml) using integrated syringe pump.

Megasonic cleaning uses higher frequency ultrasonic energy in mega hertz scale to boost removal of submicron particles from substrates and chemical reactions. Compared to low frequency ultrasonic cavitations, megasonic cavitations effect can give smaller particles removal as well as less damage on the substrates.

Nano aerosol generator is an ultrasonic atomization device for ultra-fine atomized droplets generation. The mean diameter of atomized droplets can be only around 0.5 micron. It adopts ultrasonic atomization technology, which can spray the precursor solution or suspension evenly into the tube furnace for high-temperature spray pyrolysis to prepare ultra-fine powder. It is the atomization instrument in the spray pyrolysis system. The nano aerosol generator can be equipped with various types of flanges to connect with various tube furnaces. Using unique anti-corrosive ultrasonic atomizer transducer, the nano aerosol generator can work with various strong acid precursors and organic solvents, such as nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetone, tetrahydrofuran and so on.
