Optical Disc Consumables

Stabilant - Contact Enhancer

The world`s first resident electronic contact enhancer. Unlike cleaners, this is a resident material because, once applied to the contacts, it`s left in place to work for the life of the equipment. In place, this liquid polymeric non-polad semiconductor selectively switches-on between the mating surfaces of each of the individual contacts, staying non-conductive between adjacent contacts. An entire connector can be treated at once!

Sibert - Abrasive Discs

Abrasive Discs with Laminated Foam Backing, suitable for use with the SPS Finisher. Grit sizes - 8µm, 14µm, 22µm, 26µm, 30µm, 40µm, 58µm . Disc sizes - 49mm.

Sibert - Mastering Glass

Sibert offers a range of quality glass master substrates for a variety of equipment types.

Sibert - Nickel Sulphamate

Specifically formulated for use in electrolytic Nickel solutions for the electroforming process, Sibert is able to provide this high-purity compound as well as other associated chemicals to aid wetting and hardening.

Sibert - Finishing Machine

The SPS Finishing Machine combines a programmable XY finishing head with a wet process and turntable, it is upgradeable to become fully automated. This enables users to consistently finish different grades and sizes of materials with effective particle removal and low maintenance to a wide range of roughness values. The module can be combined with other parts of the SPS system for cost effective automation and to introduce greater control over the preparation process.

Sibert - Punching Machine

The SPS Punching Machine consists of up to three punching stations with an automatic material handling system between the stations and the module input/output. Punch and dies of alternative designs can be used in the machine for punching to a variety of shapes and sizes with options for alignment of the material to the cutting parts. The modular construction enables the integration of other processes with the punching module by using a handling system between modules.
