The `bags opener` is an intended equipment for separated collection waste. Suitable steel teeth welded on two counter-revolving rolls avoid the grinding of waste and make easier the subsequent sorting phases. The machine is equipped with shock absorbers and a hydraulic driven cleaning comb controlled by a specific program.

We supply screening drums to separate the dry fraction from the organic of the municipal solid waste, to refine compost or to sort each kind of waste on a size basis. Rotating screens are normally rigged by a single or double step punched cylinder, the length is fixed to reach required performance of the plant, and the holes diameter are suitable to the size of the material to obtain. Our drums are also usually equipped with feeding hopper, adjustable speed and slope changing device.

For the screening of materials on weight and shape basis. Installed in sorting plants to separate bottles and tins and in composting plants for the pre-treatment of organic waste. Six paddles screening board are driven by an eccentric shaft. Screening holes are designed on Customer’s requirements. Both board slope and speed are adjustable according to expected results.

We design and build conveyors for moving, feeding and sorting the waste. The conveyance surface can be flat or concave, having the carpet in rubber or PVC. We also produce chain conveyors, rubber covered in case of fine goods moving, Archimedean screws, trippers, roller belts etc.

Our tanks to storage liquid or dry materials are usually furnished with all the fittings according to the final utilization, like thermostatic system, stirrer, loading, unloading and recycling device, piping and valves.
