SIEBTECHNIK TEMA - Laboratory disc mill

The grinding vessels can hold sample batches of 10-1000 cm³ and grind & homogenize the sample material to final finenesses of up to < 40 μm in a single step.
This makes sample preparation with a vibrating disk mill the ideal prerequisite for subsequent analysis using an X-ray spectrometer, regardless of whether pressed or melting tablets are produced from the ground samples.
The vibrating disk mill is available in different versions:
-with manual or pneumatic closure
-in a sound-insulated housing (TS version) or free-standing (T version)
-in fully automatic versions, where the grinding vessel remains in the machine and only the sample loading and unloading is carried out from the outside.
Built into an Automatic milling and pressing system AMP, which combines all processes from pre-grinding of fist-sized sample materials, dividing, ultra-fine grinding and pressing of the powder into a tablet in one device.

We now make your work even easier: fill in the sample, grind & remove the ground sample in the beaker! This eliminates the need for your employees to handle heavy grinding vessels.
1. fill the sample material into the feed chute of the machine
2. start the machine
3. sample material falls into the grinding vessel and is crushed and homogenized according to the preset time and speed
4. emptying the grinding vessel into a sample container
5. dispensing the ground sample material into the sample container
6. rinsing the grinding vessel with compressed air and/or rinsing material
The TS 1000-A can be upgraded to a fully automatic sample grinding station using optional sample magazines. All the operator has to do is fill the magazine with samples to be ground and remove the ground samples from the magazine.

The hammer mill has the following features
An exchangeable rotor with pendulum-suspended beaters or cutting knives, which can be replaced individually.
-Easily removable grate basket or perforated plates to ensure the required grinding fineness
-Replaceable wear plates & crushing/cutting bars in the grinder housing
-Housing door for easy inspection/cleaning of the grinding chamber and for changing from beaters to cutting tools
Frequency inverter-driven direct drive, tamper-proof feed hopper, collecting container
-A hopper with suction connection can optionally be used instead of the collection container.

SIEBTECHNIK TEMA - Laboratory Single Roller Mill EW-L

Our Roller Mills have:
A crushing ratio, usually 1:5 ... 1:15, whereby a maximum of 1:30 can be realized.
An infinitely adjustable crushing gap, the crushing wall supported by pre-tensioned rubber elements allows infinitely variable adjustment of the crushing gap.
Reversible overload protection: the spring assemblies allow the movable crushing wall to move out of the way when crushing smaller, uncrushable materials.
Stepped arrangement of the crushing wall improves the feeding of coarse material
Crushing bars on the roller, the height of which can be adjusted by shimming, thus improving the feed behavior and changing the throughput rate. The design as comb crushing bars offers further advantages in terms of feed behavior, especially with moist feed materials.
Segmented housing enables the removal of a housing segment to replace the crushing bars and the wear plates on the roller body.

The airjet screen SLS 200 was developed to meet the requirements of modern laboratories for fast, precise and reproducible particle size analysis of all dry materials. The analysis range extends from approx. 20 to 4000 µm. The sample quantity is approx. 500 g, depending on the material density. With the optionally available air preheating, the field of application of the SLS can be extended for hygroscopic products.

The LAVIB 300 test sieve shaker is a flat sieve shaker with a horizontal circular sieving motion for holding test sieves with a maximum diameter of 300 mm. The planar screening machine is primarily used for classifying fibrous and flat bulk materials, such as those found in the wood, spice, tobacco and plastics industries, milling and brewing.
Depending on the area of application, the machine offers the option of fixing the screening tower or moving it freely on the drive plate. In the latter case, the centrifugal forces cause the screen set to collide with the stop pieces, resulting in additional horizontal impacts on the screen drum. These additional impulses shorten the screening time and reduce the clamping grain.
The eccentric drive for the drive plate and the balancing mass are housed in an attractive casing, whereby the high mass ensures that the machine runs smoothly and stands securely.

Automatic dividing process without material loss
The divider is suitable for the representative division of dry and free-flowing bulk materials (< 2 mm) into 8 sample containers.
The sample to be divided is filled into the feed container and, after switching on the distributor, is first mixed via a clearing arm. After the discharge openings in the feed container have been opened, the sample material is distributed to the 8 screwed-in sample containers by means of the rotating broaching arm.

Large Analytical Screening Machines GAS can be controlled with the innovative "Lab-Co" app and offer the user new possibilities. The machines are characterized in particular by the following features: Display of vibration amplitude, reading of weighing data via Bluetooth, evaluation of sieve analyses with graphic display as line or RRSB diagram, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), calling up the operating instructions, direct spare parts request, sample/machine data exportable via CSV file, updatable app and firmware.
As an option, the clamping rods for the GAS 1000 can also be designed as a lifting and tilting device. The screen tower clamped in this device is lifted by a crane so that the lowest screen box can be emptied by tilting. The GAS 500 and GAS 1000 can also be used as a vibrating table without a screen set.
