Primesep A is a mixed-mode analytical column with strong acidic ion-pairing groups embedded in long ligand chains. These columns are available in all standard dimensions.

Primesep AB is a mixed-mode column with both acidic and basic ion-pairing groups embedded into long ligand chains.

Primesep B is a mixed-mode analytical column. Its design, which includes basic ion-pairing groups embedded on long ligand chains, is specifically tailored for direct plasma analysis. The column features a C12 carbon chain and basic groups with a pKa value of 10.

The Primesep B2 column is an analytical column that employs mixed-mode chromatography with embedded amino acid functionality, featuring a pI of approximately 4.5 and long ligand chains.

Primesep C is a reverse-phase analytical column with complex-forming groups embedded on long ligand chains.

Users can tailor the mini autosampler to their needs with customizable valve configurations, tray designs, and syringe volumes and pressures. The Alltesta Mini High-Pressure Switching Valve offers versatility and convenience for laboratory fluid management applications. It features flexible flow switching at varying flow rates and can be used independently or as part of the Alltesta™ Analyzer or Alltesta Autosampler.  With customizable options, including up to 10 available ports on the stator, the valve can be tailored to specific needs. It is built to handle pressures up to 5000 psi (350 bar) and boasts a fast 60 degree switch time of 200 milliseconds.
