Liquid pressure relief valves operate under the liquid closing principle. After exceeding allowable pressure biogas is relieved through outlet chimney. Liquid pressure relief valve also functions as a flame arrester.

Vertical digesters are cylindrical shaped tanks with full, steel roof with diameter smaller or close to its tank wall height. They are assembled on concrete foundation. SiGa-Tech offers tanks with volume range from 50 to 10 000m³ in standard color based on cover technology or as stainless steel color. Tank elements are: tank sheets – epoxy coated, glass coated or made of stainless steel, mastic set, capped bolts and anchors, construction elements made from galvanized or stainless steel. Tank sheet coating material is resistant to aggressive and alkaline liquids in pH range from 2 to 14. Tank sheet edges are smooth and also covered with protective material.

Horizontal digesters are cylindrical shaped tanks with full, steel roof with diameter larger than its tank wall height (usually tank wall height does not exceed 6-7m). They are usually assembled on concrete foundation.

Self-supporting aluminium domes are advanced, highly durable and safe cover systems which can be used for covering objects used for storage of process liquids such as primary settlers, thickeners, wastewater and sludge tanks, activated sludge chambers, potable water tanks and many other process liquid tanks.

Membrane is a material used for covering process storage tanks such as horizontal digesters/anaerobic reactors or any other storage tanks with various shapes.

Unique, patented Hexa-Cover system can be used for covering water storage tanks, sludge tanks, lagoons or other process liquids.

In order to reduce particularly disturbing odours which can cause discomfort for people storage tanks can be sealed and gaseous pollutants extracted to odour control systems.

Type WCrr heat exchangers are used to heat sewage sludge, process suspended solids and other media with dry matter less than 8%. We offer heat exchangers with housing, one or multi-sectional. Sludge recuperators are produced with autonomous heating systems and external heat transfer water loops. Heat exchanging pipelines are insulated with 5 to 10cm thick mineral wool. Housing is made of aluminium sheets, supporting structure, pipes and fittings are made of stainless steel. Heat transfer takes place through heat exchanging pipelines when media flows through pipes upstream.
