Request cards and/or mobile equipment in conformity with the regulations at U.Porto or through the information manager of the constituent entity.

A wired network enables users to access resources made available through the data communication network. Connectivity is assured by Ethernet switching equipment (wired connectivity switches), using IPv4 and IPv6 protocols.

The telephony service (VoIP) is responsible for in-house voice communication at U.Porto and also for the fixed and mobile network (national and international).

Through the Virtual Private Network (VPN) you will be able to establish a secure connection from outside the U.Porto`s internal network and thus access its institutional resources and services. This service is available to users whose status in SIGARRA is “Active” or “Attending”. VPN access must be done using your Information System credentials.
