SignalFire - Cellular Pressure Transmitter

The SignalFire Pressure RANGER is an IoT (internet of things) cellular pressure transmitter using the latest LTE CAT M1 technology for sensors and fully integrated with SignalFire’s cloud monitoring and alarming services. The Pressure RANGER includes an integrated pressure sensor and features a built-in GPS receiver that reports location of devices to the cloud, providing a map of all connected assets. The unit is powered by a 4 D Cell Lithium battery pack that is field replaceable. The Pressure RANGER comes complete with the mobile device ready SignalFire cloud interface to monitor, trend and get alarms either by text or email message. In addition, the cloud platform provides for remote configuration and troubleshooting of the Pressure RANGER.

SignalFire - Wireless Telemetry System

SignalFire’s RANGER wireless telemetry system is a cost-effective, reliable, easy way to deliver your sensor data where you need it. Battery, solar, or DC powered RANGER transmitters quickly attach to your sensors, providing power and connecting your entire network of sensors to a simple cloud interface through the LTE-M cellular network.

SignalFire - Sensor Interfaces

Both the SignalFire 900MHz nodes and the SignalFire Ranger support many industrial sensor interfaces including analog (1-5V, 4-20mA), HART, Modbus, SDI-12 and discrete IO supporting a wide variety of sensors. One of the strengths of the SignalFire system is that it allows the integration of all kinds of sensors and actuators into a single network. The customer can choose the best sensor for each application and the SignalFire wireless system can tie it all together or bring the sensor readings directly to the cloud.

RANGER - Wall Mount Sensor to Cloud Platform

The RANGER Wall Mount supports all of the same options and features of the standard RANGER but housed in an IP68 rated enclosure. The Wall Mount features 2 cord grips for cable entry along with a third PG9 plug that can be replaced with a cord grip for additional I/O. The Wall Mount is perfect for applications requiring an IP68 rating or for those where this form factor provides more convenient mounting options.

900MHz Radio Frequency Products

SignalFire - Multi I/O Stick System

The Multi-I/O Stick System is designed to connect to a Modbus Stick and provide sophisticated wireless I/O control and monitoring at remote locations.  Ideal for Separator, Heater Treater, Plunger Lift and Other Applications.

SignalFire - Gateway Stick

This rugged, integrated device combines a high-gain antenna with gateway electronics in a single, easily mounted package. Gateway Stick combats a common problem with RF networks, which are increasingly used to monitor and control remote devices over tens or hundreds of square miles. Gateways traditionally have different location requirements for their electronics module and antenna, making it necessary to place them separately. Gateway Stick is a revolutionary solution that combines them in one easy-to-install component.

SignalFire - Remote Shutdown (RSD) System

In environments like oil fields, decisions to start and stop actions often need to be initiated remotely from where the action happens. For instance, if a storage-tank battery fills up, oil flowing to the battery must stop to prevent an overflow, but the controlling device making that “decision” (PLC or SignalFire Gateway) may be miles away.
