AquaScat - Online Turbidimeter

The AquaScat measures turbidity of potable water according to IEC 27027 in a free-falling water stream. This contactless design eliminates window foiling and minimizes servicing which is especially of importance with the version HT for high turbidity. Calibration check is performed with a calibration unit with a glass reference to be mounted when performing the check.

AquaScat - In-Line Turbidity Meter

This reduces maintenance work to a minimum. The calibration is done with a checking unit that is installed when needed. StackGuard - Dust Concentration Monitor for Hot Gases

The StackGuard continuously monitors the scatted light intensity of an extracted, withdrawn sample of gas. The laser light source minimized stray light and improves sensitivity to the µg/m³ level, the filtered purge air prevents from window soiling. A calibration check is performed by means of a checking rod.

StackGuard - Dust Emissions Monitoring System

The StackGuard continuously monitors the scatted light intensity of an extracted, withdrawn sample of gas. The laser light source minimized stray light and improves sensitivity to the µg/m³ level, the filtered purge air prevents from window soiling. A calibration check is performed by means of a checking rod. The sample air is led out of the stack, heated up above the dew point and then fed through the measuring cell.

VisGuard - Continuous Visibility Monitor

The VisGuard measures the scattered light intensity of a sample drawn into the instrument. Filtered purge air is fed through the flow cell, thus enveloping the sample in a protective shroud of clean air. This effectively keeps the optics clean. Installations are either in the tunnel cavity/niches (in-situ) respectively using extractive sampling away from the cavity. An optional sample heater eliminates the influence of any mist effects.

DOC (UV) Measurement

ColorPlus - Bypass Absorption Measuring Instrument

The ColorPlus measures the colour/absorbance online at up to three different wavelengths. The bypass measuring cell has been specifically designed for applications within the water industry. Depending on the configuration it allows measuring DOC (UV absorption) and colour (Hazen) simultaneously and to compensate turbidity. Soiling of the flow cell is measured by means of a compensation glass in the interior of the flow cell. The effect of cell soiling is greatly reduced internally; constant and precise measured values are guaranteed. The user is alerted if the cell has to be cleaned. The cover of the flow cell can be opened without tools and allows simple access for cleaning the flow cell. For inspecting the instrument, checking units on the basis of reference filters can easily be inserted. Operation is done intuitive using the intelligent control system SICON via touch screen technology and colour display.

AquaMaster - Water Treatment Multiparameter Monitoring System

AquaMaster is a compact measuring system for the following parameters: turbidity, pH, conductivity, Redox, dissolved oxygen and temperature. The various parameters can be combined individually. The colour touch screen of the AquaScat is the central control and display unit, as well as the connection to the host control system. Up to 8 measuring values can be transmitted. The measuring station is delivered completely pre-mounted. It requires only connecting the water inlet and water outlet. Connect – Adjust flow rate - Measure! Special attention was paid concerning maintenance. Holders and trays are integrated to leave both hands free for cleaning and calibration tasks.
