Model CRM100 - Precision Navigation and Pointing Gyroscope
CRM100 and CRM200 form a series of chip-level silicon MEMS gyroscopes from Silicon Sensing, off ering low-noise angular rate measurements in a small surface mounted package. The CRM100 mounts fl at on a board, whereas the CRM200 version is mounted on its side, which when combined, enables the three degrees of freedom measurements (roll, pitch and yaw) to be made with a single board.
PinPoin - Model CRM102.1 - Single-Axis Mems Angular Rate Sensor
PinPoint® is a single-axis MEMS angular rate sensor (gyro) capable of measuring angular velocity up to a maximum of ±1,000º/s which has two output modes; an analogue voltage signal which is linearly proportional to angular speed, and a digital signal in SPI® protocol. The choice of output mode; analogue or digital, is determined by the user when connecting it to the user’s host PCBA; details of the electrical interface between PinPoint® and the host PCBA are given in Section 7. PinPoint® is available in two basic confi gurations, one which will measure angular velocity about an axis perpendicular to the plane of the host PCBA, referred to as ‘in-plane’ sensing (Part Number CRM102.1) and one which measures angular velocity about an axis which is parallel to the plane of the host PCBA, referred to as ‘orthogonal’ sensing (Part Number CRM202.1). This datasheet relates to part number CRM102.1.

Gemini (In-plane) - Model CAS200 Series - Dual-axis MEMS Accelerometers
Accelerometer sensors offering high performance dual-axis linear acceleration measurement in a small surface mounted package. Gemini® is a new family of integrated MEMS accelerometers from Silicon Sensing, comprising a dual-axis MEMS sensing device with a dedicated control ASIC in a single ceramic LCC package. Sensor data is output via analogue and digital (SPI®) interfaces. The CAS200 series of parts provides two in-plane axes of linear acceleration sensing and is available in five different dynamic ranges. CAS 21x series accelerometers are aligned flat to their PCB.
Gemini (Orthogonal) - Model CAS290 - Dual-axis MEMS Accelerometers

Gemini® is a new family of integrated MEMS accelerometers from Silicon Sensing, comprising a dual-axis MEMS sensing device with a dedicated control ASIC in a single ceramic LCC package. Sensor data is output via analogue and digital (SPI®) interfaces. The CAS200 series of parts provides two in-plane axes of linear acceleration sensing and is available in five different dynamic ranges. CAS29x series accelerometers are aligned perpendicular to their PCB.

Model DMU41 - High Performance MEMS IMU
