Simatec`s mobile container solutions offer maximum flexibility in a minimum of space. They are particularly suitable for temporary applications. With their modular design, the systems can individually be assembled according to requirements and application. The modular system also makes it possible to set up and dismantle the respective installation quickly. This is an interesting aspect when it comes to costs for assembly and hoisting equipment. If required, we can also provide specialist personnel who can operate and maintain the respective installation.

Simatec offers everything from a single source for stationary plant construction, from small conversions or refurbishments to plant components or complete turnkey plants. The preparation of gravel and sand, grit, excavated material, recycled material and contaminated soil is one of our core competencies. The Simatec team of engineers, process engineers and design engineers has many years of experience in the fields listed above. The expertise we gain as machine builders and operators of our own gravel plants is incorporated into our plant engineering. Our own qualified personnel carry out assembly and commissioning. This way we guarantee our own quality requirements to the end customer.

The sophisticated elliptical technology makes even more of your raw material. Simatec elliptical screening machines are characterized above all by their high screening quality. Their fields of application are wet and dry screening. The separation cuts are preferably in the fine or medium grain segment.

Simatec linear screening machines are primarily found in post-washing and dewatering processes. For the classical dewatering of the product, these are used as single deck screening machines, with rising deck, as well as rear wall dewatering windows. Side drainage windows are optionally available as an additional drainage stage. As an additional post-wash, after a first washing stage, an efficient spray is installed in the task area. Two-deck screening machines are used for gravel or mixed gravel and sand dewatering. The upper deck is used, among other things, as a protective deck or for rough grain classification.

GRAVELWASH, our conventional water treatment plants for the treatment of sand and gravel and soil excavation sludge. GRAVELWASH, which is mainly used in stationary plants, contains in addition to the chamber filter presses also the corresponding high clarifiers, sludge stack silos, process water silos and flocculant dosing stations. The whole system is rounded off by a sophisticated sedimentation measurement and sensor technology, integrated into the in-house control system. By the way, with our largest high-beam chamber filter presses we are able to process sludge suspension volumes of up to 9`300dm³ per pressing cycle.
