For customers who prefer to outsource the management of their organic waste conversion process the company provides direct Bio Balance management and staffing on multi year contracts that will guarantee quality, price stability and disposal options for client organic wastes.

For clients that require an engineered solution to their water or wastewater process the company provides Professional Engineering Services where these services can complement the company’s unique solutions to the treatment process.

The Company has an in house laboratory that provides water and waste water analysis of water parameters for clients. It also has a relationship with outside labs that extend the in house capacities is therefore able to provide a full range of laboratory services and analysis.

On site testing, analysis and engineering data collection services are available to clients using the company’s mobile test facility. The mobile units have dewatering capabilities plus water and wastewater treatment options using advanced oxidation and filtration technologies. These units demonstrate capabilities and reduce risk and uncertainty associated with water treatment options.

For out of warranty repair of Company products contact your local distributor or call 877-676-6363. Obtain a Return Authorization Number and ship the unit prepaid to Burlington (address under CONTACT US). If an estimate is required prior to repair indicate the requirement when the unit is returned. The Company guarantees that no repair will exceed 50% of the suggested retail cost of a new unit. Repairs covered by the manufacturers warranty can be shipped PREPAID to Burlington. Collect shipments will not be accepted. The units will be repaired or replaced and returned to the customer with shipping prepaid.
