The TBB Series ball valves are constructed of the materials indicated. Valves shall be manufactured with an adjustable carrier, threaded into the body to ensure the valve is blocking in both directions. Valve stem shall be a safety shear stem with double O-ring seals. Body shall have unions on both ends and handle shall incorporate a spanner for adjusting and removing the carrier, teflon seat shall be energized by O-ring, ball shall be machined and tumbled to ensure roundness.

Butterfly valves are ideal for a variety of service conditions where both shut-off and throttling are desired. They handle fluid flow with suspended solids better than ball valves and are often preferred anywhere space is at a minimum. We offer wafer style valves for easy installation between flanges and also lug style butterfly valves for dead-end service.

The DVA series diaphragm valve has been in service around the world for over 20 years. These durable valves are well-known for their high degree of adjustability and resistance to clogging.  Whether your system is handling the highest purity water or the most corrosive chemical compound or slurry, the DVA series diaphragm valve seals tight and lasts long. 

Seals: EPDM, Viton, Kalrez The SIMTECH DAV Series Divertor Air Valve features a 3-way valve with multiple use capabilities. It can be used to direct the flow, combine the flow or be used as an exhaust valve. When installed in the system, flow will be directed from C port to N/O port, when air pressure is applied, flow will be from C to N/C port. When used to combine the flow, it will be from N/O to C (refer to dimensional drawing) and when air is applied, flow will be from N/C to C. When used as an exhaust valve, flow will be from N/C to C with air applied and from C to N/O when air pressure is relieved. This patented valve is designed so there is no metal contact with the fluid.

The Simtech TDD Series Diaphragm Divertor Air Valve features a compact plastic valve especially designed for DI water and other high purity applications. This valve is also known as an air operated 3 way valve. No metal and elastomer contact with fluid. This direct acting full flow valve features top entry for easy in-line maintenance and minimum water hammer.

The SIMTECH AOV Series Air Valve features a compact thermoplastic valve available in six models to handle a multitude of piping system functions. This patented valve is designed so there is no metal contact with the fluid, and can be operated in any position.

The Simtech MRB Series Pressure Relief Valve is a 2-port valve designed to relieve excess pressure that may occur in the line or system even with back pressure or head pressure on the downstream side. Adjust the threaded stem to obtain the selected line or tank relief pressure. An outlet (tee) may be required on the inlet side of the valve.

The Simtech SBR Series Diaphragm Pressure Relief Valve is designed to protect piping and equipment from pressure changes where a rapid release of excess pressure is required. Prevents pumps from dead heading, over pressurization, pressure surge conditions, and maintains back pressure in closed loop systems. Adjustable screw and lock-nut makes it easy to accurately preset desired relief pressure.
