We maintain a variety of uniform, fine grain, high density, and high performance piezoelectric ceramic formulations. Our compositions of Lead Zirconate Titanate have superior quality and are readily available to be tailored to meet your specific requirements. Sinoceramics has more than 50 thousand square feet of manufacturing, quality control, machine shops, warehouses, and testing facilities. Our company also offers the highest standards of environmental protection and quality control. Sinoceramics has over 40 years of experience in developing, testing and producing high quality PZT material. Our engineering department includes highly experienced and trained ceramists, scientists, and engineers who developed more than 100 formulas. Of the 100 formulas, 6 are currently in production.

Sinoceramics has manufactured optical components on laser optics and fiber optics since 1990. Those components are made of different kinds of material such as optical crystals, laser crystals, birefringence crystals, and optical glasses. Sinoceramics specializes in optical design, mass production, coating, and assembly. During that time, we have built a reputation for providing our customers with fast delivery on quality products at competitive prices. In the past decade, hundreds of fiber optic components have been developed and produced. These components include the Etalon cavity, Wave Plate, Beam Displacer, Birefringence Wedge, PBS, etc. and are widely used in the communication industry.

The history of Sinoceramics’s engineers growing single crystals can be tracked back to the 1960’s. Now our product lines have been broadened to cover most single crystals and components for the electronic, optical, and acoustics applications. From our modern facilities in Shanghai, Sinoceramics’s products are shipped to satisfied customers around the world. Our goal is to support our customer’s high expectations for quality and cost-effective products. Volume manufacturing is our specialty. Piezo electronics crystals such as PMN-PT, Lithium niobate, LT Quartz, BGO and LYSO single crystal for Scintillates, Optical Crystal: a-BGO, YVO4, KTP are our notable products. We pursue active research and development efforts, targeting both product and process improvements.
