The Sirco PS-10 NDT rinse water recycle system uses a unique blend of filtration, absorption, deionization and oxidation technologies to achieve the only 100% closed loop recycling solution. Sirco uses environmentally safe Ozone to Clean Water. Ozone is injected into the water to steriize and kill algae, bacteria, and is non-chemical, in that the Ozone reverts back to Oxygen after use. SIRCO uses Ozone units to clean up organics that infiltrate your tanks, canisters and plumbing.

This system is fully automatic, skid mounted with receiving tank and distribution tank mounted to the skid and ready to collect, treat and return DI water to the rinses.  It is also self-regenerating as necessary and only needs a supply of acid and caustic – About 5 gal of 50% HCL and 4 gal 50% Naoh and a waste holding tank of about150 gallons. This system is set up with 115 VAC, but other voltages are available.

The totally contained System includes a pre-filter, carbon, cation and anion treatment canisters and is self-regenerating and designed for continuous operation in a closed-loop operation. The NEMA control panel includes pump and regeneration controls and digital dual-point TDS control with alarms. All plumbing is schedule 80 PVC and control heads include ceramic seals.

All operations are controlled from the Touch-Screen control panel including fully-automatic regeneration sequencing controls.

These systems can be single or dual train and up to 20 gpm in this standard form using special integrated DI Regeneration valve heads. This small system includes pre and post filtration with pressure gages and mini in-out TDS monitor. This economical package can be regenerated in about 2 hours using HCL and NaOH concentrates. The system is mounted on a powder coated steel frame, and is ready to use upon delivery and connection to standard city water source.
