Sisgeo Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. - Model 0PK20S - Vibrating Wire Piezometer
Vibrating wire piezometers are used to monitor pore-water pressure in soils. They are typically sealed in boreholes but can also be embedded in fills, or suspended in a well.
Typical applications include evaluating slope stability, dewatering and drainage schemes, overpressure in silt and clay soils, permeability and hydraulic gradients in dams, and also ground water levels. They can also be used to monitor up-lift pressures in gravity dams.
Sisgeo Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. - Model BRAIN - B.R.A.IN Digital Inclinometer system
B.R.A.IN (Borehole Readout Array for INclinometers) system is mainly composed by MEMS inclinometer probe, bluetooth reel with control cable and B.R.A.IN APP compatible with Android and iOS mobile operative systems.
The electronis readout is integrated in the reel and the BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) wireless protocol permits a fast and safe communication with the management device, with a very low batteries’ consumption. The intuitive B.R.A.IN APP allows the user to manage the inclinometer and spiral meter surveys, and immediatelly share the readings with the most popular APP installed on the device (i.e. email, Dropbox, Whatsapp, Google DRIVE, OneDrive, iCloud Drive etc.)
Survey could be then imported in KLION software for data analysis and export professional and customizable reports.
Sisgeo Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. - Model VK4000 - Vibrating Wire Strain Gauges
Vibrating wire strain gauges provide measurements of strain in steel or concrete structures. The measurements are used to calculate structural loads or stresses.
Arc-weldable strain gauges are fixed to steel structures via weldable end-blocks. On concrete surfaces they can be installed by means of mounting blocks that include rebar-bolts.
Embedment strain gauges are cast into concrete structures and are available also as “shot crete” model with adjustable tensioning collar. For high concrete pressure, e.g in deep piles, an embedment strain gage for deep applications is recommended.
DMS Monitoring - Model 0DMS - Wireless monitoring system
DMS Data Mobile System is a wireless solution to automate the geotechnical and structural instruments for monitoring construction site like dams, tunnels, bridge, underground, buildings, mines and landslide. Nodes to which the instruments are connected and transferred their data to Gateway by using Mesh, a patent-pending long range wireless mesh communication protocol, compose the system. On board software on the Gateway manage data and configure the projects. DMS android App is used to configure the Nodes.
Sisgeo Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. - Model S540 - MEMS Tiltmeter
The measurement of inclinations is essential for the control and security of the civil structures in elevation during the construction phase and in operation.
MEMS tiltmeters monitor tilt changes in either one or two axial planes perpendicular to the surface of the base plate.
MEMS analog tiltmeters are permanently installed to provide long term observation and are designed for manual readings or remote data acquisition by DMS wireless system or any other compatible logger.
Sisgeo Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. - Model 0SCLIN - Portable tiltmeter
TILLI is a portable tiltmeter composed by a rugged stainless steel frame with aluminium sensor housing containing a self-compensated MEMS accelerometer. The surfaces of the frame are machined to allow an accurate positioning of the tiltmeter during measurements.
When in use, TILLI is placed on the tilt plate which is permanently installed on the structure surface. The bottom surface of the tiltmeter is used with horizontally-mounted tilt plates while the side surface
is used with vertically-mounted tilt plate.
Readings in two orthogonal directions can be obtained rotating
the instrument of 90° only on the horizontal surface. Coniugated measurements (180 degree rotation) eliminate instrumental offset.
Sisgeo Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. - Model 0S400 - In-Place Inclinometer
In-Place Inclinometer (double wheel-carriage) is specifically designed to combine the benefits of automatic monitoring and the selective installation of probes at different depths.
This configuration allows a cost effective solution in those cases where the critical depths are known. Consequently the probes may be concentrated only in some areas along the borehole profile.
IPI probes are equipped with self-compensated MEMS sensors and available either in analogue 4-20mA output or digital RS485 ModBus version. Both solutions grant good performances in terms of accuracy and thermal dependence.
