Regardless of whether it is a hardware or software problem - our service team will try to help you with a solution as quickly as possible. The reliable use and long service life of our measuring technology is of great importance to SITA. This is precisely why we offer a repair service for our devices, with the aim of ensuring that they are back in working order quickly and efficiently in the event of failure or defects. To support a long service life of our measuring devices, we also repair devices that have been in use for many years and models that have already been discontinued, subject to the availability of spare parts and technical feasibility.
