The SS316L Dust Excluder grants an effective protection of exhaust ports against dirt, dust, moisture and insects. It tightly closes the ports but preserve a large flow capacity (no obstruction of the flow). Thanks to its full Stainsless Steel and NBR construction, it is suitable for corrosive environments. The variable performance of the vacuum pump is achieved by increasing the annular gap between the Venturi nozzle and the diffuser. Rotating the diffuser section counter clock-wise will increase the opening, allowing more compressed air to flow through the unit and increasing both the vacuum flow and the vacuum level. The result is variable vacuum pump that can be adjusted to meet an application’s exact requirements.
