Industrial Stainless Steel Skimmers
Skim-pak - Flow - Control and Floating Fixed Weir Surface Skimmer Systems
skim-pak series 600 is designed to remove floating contaminants including oils, foams and particulates from limited access and smaller skimming areas.
Skim-pak - Stainless Steel Flow - Control and Floating Fixed Weir Surface Skimmer Systems
The skim-pak series 2000 skimmers are rugged, compact and portable for operation in sumps, tanks and pits, and separators. Capable of fitting through a 24” access, the Series 2000 skimmers utilize a unique self adjusting flow control eliminating manual adjustments. All of this results in a greater recovery of oil with less water and higher overall recovery rate with associated lower
clean-up costs.
Skim-pak - Stainless Steel Flow - Control and Floating Fixed Weir Surface Skimmer Systems
The skim-pak series 4000 skimmers are rugged, compact and portable for operation in tanks, lagoons, ponds, lakes, rivers and harbors. Capable of fitting through any 24” access, the Series 4000 skimmers utilize a unique self adjusting flow control eliminating manual adjustments. This unique flow control will recover more oil and less water, resulting in higher overall recovery rates and lower clean up costs. For complete clean-up and recovery systems, skim-pak skimmers can be combined with tested accessories.
Skim-pak - Stainless Steel Flow - Control and Floating Fixed Weir Surface Skimmer Systems
The skim-pak series 18500 skimmers are high volume, wave tolerant skimmers for use in tanks, ponds, harbors, wastewater clarifiers and with vacuum trucks. For complete clean-up and recovery systems, skim-pak skimmers can be combined with tested accessories.
Skim-pak - Stainless Steel Flow - Control and Floating Fixed Weir Surface Skimmer Systems
The skim-pak series 11800 skimmers are high volume, wave tolerant skimmers for use in tanks, ponds, harbors, wastewater clarifiers and with vacuum trucks. For complete clean-up and recovery systems, skim-pak skimmers can be combined with tested accessories.
Skim-pak - Flow - Control Grinder Floating Skimmer
The 17500-SH has flow-controlled weirs with adjustable flow rate capabilities. The flow control weir will automatically adjust to the flow rate being pumped. The Grinder Skimmer has a submersible grinder pump mounted to the undercarriage of the skimmer. The grinder blades are exposed to the bottom back of the skimmer sump. It will skimmer solids into the skimmer sump where the grinder blade chew it into small particulates.
Water and Wastewater Skimming
Skim-pak - Flow - Control and Floating Decanter Systems
The 11800-DH has flow-controlled weirs with adjustable flow rate capabilities. The standard flow rate is 3 cubic meters per minute per meter of weir. The 11800-DH has 0.5 meters of total weir, and therefore is normally operated at a flow rate 1.4 m3/min, 370 gal/ min. Maximin flow rate is 500gpm. The 11800-DH excludes solid during the aeration cycle. Installation options include an articulating pipe swing arm or flexible hose deployment. The system can be gravity drained or pumped. Deployment is based on site-specific conditions.
