Smallaire’s new style p-vent has been developed for farmers to diffuse access air flow when setting up and drilling large rates of fertiliser. These vents are made to size and can be used directly on the primary lines coming from the air cart, specifically designed to exhaust high volumes of air flow and pressure, when delivering high rates of product. These vents remove back pressure in the system, this allows maximum performance from the air cart but at the same time preventing product bounce at the ground opener. With the slim line design making it easy to mount they can be fitted to disc or tyne machines and are made from stainless steel, built to last and withstand the harshest environment.

The Smallaire Oil Cooler design is highly efficient which utilises the heat from your tractors hydraulics and at the same time providing warm air to your airseeder’s blower to prevent moisture plugging. Smallaire Oil Coolers use a specially designed aluminium matrix core and shroud to utilise 100% of the air from the air seeder fan to achieve maximum amount of heat from the hydraulic system. This warm air will reduce the product from sticking in the hoses, metering system and seeder components. Also cooling the tractors hydraulic system.

The Smallaire Header Blower System reduces the threat of header fires, which are never far from the minds of harvesting contractors and grain farmers. This essential piece of equipment has developed these systems as a complete package that prevents the risk of chaff and dust build ups that can lead to a devastating fire.The package includes hydraulic control blocks, blower RPM monitor, and complete hose and manifold package, and can be retrofitted to all makes of headers.

The Tarpfast blower works by creating a negative pressure under bunker tarps there- fore sucking the tarp to the grain, this stops the tarp from flapping and tearing in windy conditions savings on grain spoilage, costly tarp repairs and down labour time.

Allows you to set humidity and temperature for drying grain in the best climatic conditions. Then reset the dials for aeration to blow cold, dry air through the grain. We stock the most inexpensive controller on the market and the only one with the humidity and temperature functions all in one.
