The nozzle panel BY 70 SS is manufactured from the highest-grade stainless steel and aluminum alloy. The stainless-steel nozzle routing is embedded in a high resistance anodized aluminum casing that ensures the longevity and endurance of the smart-release fine water spraying components. The BY 70 SS nozzle panel casing has been specially developed to facilitate quick installation and easy maintenance. The nozzle is attached to the casing unit by unique fasteners that ensure safe and reliable fixing onto any air-cooling equipment.

The reflective membrane BY 70 M is made from a polyurethane alloy cell material mounted in an anodized aluminum casing. The unique structure of the cell membrane does not create any resistance to the cooling fans while mounted on the condenser.  Smart Cooling™ state-of-the-art technology ensures unmatched efficiency and maximal performance levels of the air-cooling unit.

The high-pressure UV chiller booster PRO 10 provides a 70-140 bar of pressure within the Smart Cooling™ system. The pumping station houses a uniquely developed high-pressure pump, along with valves and the electronics for a fully automated operation of the adiabatic cooling system. The nestled block of ultraviolet lamps purify and sterilize water and protect against bacteria, including harmful Legionella.

A four-stage water treatment system removes limescale, Legionella bacteria, dust and other undesirable contaminants. The water is initially filtered to reduce dirt and other pollutants. Then the structure of lime molecules is altered, preventing sediment of limescale to occur on the surfaces of the air-cooling equipment components. A process allowed by the exclusive Smart Cooling™ electro-magnetic magnet and BIO tablets, which offer double protection for metal parts against rust. Finally, the water is radiated with UV rays to prevent Legionella and other bacteria formation in the water.

The PRO 1 Control Panel autonomously starts the intelligent adiabatic Smart Cooling™ system at precise temperature levels. The control panel, which regulates the operational processes of the Smart Cooling™ system is manufactured from the highest-quality PE components. The control panel can also be connected to the HVAC BMS management system for ease of operation.
