Standard double acting, single rod version of the NCQ2 compact cylinder. The NCQ2 is available in bore sizes from 12mm to 100mm. It comes standard with male or female piston rod threads. For mounting flexibility, it is possible to mount auto switches on any of the 4 surfaces.

SMC has improved product performance and reliability with the redesigned SY series valve.  The SY3000 and SY5000 have the same valve width as their predecessors, but the flow has been increased by up to 80%, allowing the valve size to be reduced. A built-in strainer in the pilot valve prevents trouble caused by foreign matter. By using H-NBR seal material for the main valve and seals, Ozone resistance has been improved.   Side, top and bottom port/pipe directions are available to allow flexible installation.  The SY is available in body ported or base mounted styles, and can be used individually or manifold mounted.

The AC-D series of modular F.R.L. brings a modern appearance to SMC`s line of air preparation equipment while maintaining the high performance of our other series.  The maximum set pressure of the AC-D is 125 psi allowing use in a broad range of applications.  Most of the features of the AC-A and -B have been incorporated into the AC-D - transparent bowl guards for full visibility; embedded gauges and pressure switches; reduced maintenance space and simplified element change on AF-D series filters.

Series IDFB*E refrigerted air dryers are suitable for use in aftercooled systems with compressors up to ~100 hp (depending on dew point desired). These durable units have simple control systems and are easily serviced.

KQ2 one-touch, metric and inch size fittings are available in a wide variety of sizes, body styles and thread types. The use of a special profile seal allows the KQ2 to be used for a wide range of pressures from a low vacuum up to a pressure of 1MPa.  The KQ2 release collar releases both the chuck and collet to provide a low disconnection force for easy removal of the tubing.
