External Rotary Screens are high output, low running cost, small footprint, and non-Compaction separation units that can separate to a high level in a relatively simple way with a revolving horizontal cylindrical Sieve Screen. A unique method of separation because they perform well with sticky or greasy liquids/slurries that other methods can struggle with. Equally applicable for moderately small installations through to very large, high throughput projects. Apart from the Motor and Gearbox, these machines are a complete Stainless-Steel construction to combat corrosion, allowing them to be sited inside or out. The Screen is direct driven (no belt or chains etc.) through a gearbox by a fractional Hp motor, enabling the machine to run 24/7 at a very economic cost, requiring very little maintenance.

The Screen is direct driven (no belt or chains etc.) through a gearbox by a fractional Hp motor and the bearings are automatically lubricated, enabling the machine to run 24/7 at a very economic running cost, requiring very little maintenance.

Vibrating rundown screens are a step up from our simplest Static Rundown units that are a non-compaction, separation, or dewatering unit that has very few moving parts, making them a very cost-effective solution that requires very little maintenance. Rather than being fitted into the unit’s main frame as per our static rundown, the curved sieve screen is fitted into a cradle that is mounted on 4 springs within the unit’s main Frame. The screen cradle has two rotary vibrators attached that gently vibrate the sieve screen at high-speed: independently of the main frame. These electrical vibrators consume very little power as they are fractional kW motors with single & 3 phase options.
