SMI Evaporative Solutions products
SMI - Evaporators
The SMI 420F Evaporator is our floating unit supported by close celled foam containing plastic pontoons. It has a low plume height for shorter drift distance of droplets and to allow longer operation in swirling or constantly changing winds. The 420F is made of heavy industrial construction for durability and long life, including a stainless control panel, motor enclosure, manifold and fan blade. The vibration sensor shuts down the motor before a catastrophic failure due to residue or ice build-up. The SMI 420F Evaporator provides many advantages versus competitive products.
SMI - Evaporators
The SMIĀ® 120F is a floating mechanical Evaporator, specifically designed for small ponds where the end user is concerned about controlling wet and dry particulate drift. The 120F Evaporator is simple to use, easy to maintain, and constructed from high grade materials for years of reliable operation.
SMI - Evaporators
The 420B Evaporator is mounted on a boom platform and base which raises and lowers and can be aimed at differing horizontal and vertical angles. The standard unit is constructed with galvanized steel. The 420B Evaporator has a stainless steel coated, easy to use jack and a stable free-standing concrete counterweight system. Stainless steel fasteners and safety chain are standard. A customized material construction is available upon request.
SMI - PoleCat Evaporators
The Mega PoleCat Evaporator is the big throw machine (over 350 feet/105 meters) that will evaporate water over large areas and in big volumes. The Mega PoleCat is mounted on a forkable galvanized skid with 60 HP fan (45 Kw), electric head jack, turntable bearing with menu driven user defined 359 degree oscillation, optional on-board booster pump, control panel with PLC and touch screen display.
SMI - PoleCat Evaporators
Our Super PoleCat Evaporator is designed to simply and reliably evaporate your waste water. Super PoleCats atomize water through 30 nozzles and efficiently throw water spray over 200 feet (60 meters). The machine operates best at an optimum operating pressure between 80 and 120 psi. An optional water filter is available to help with pre-filtering.
