Smiley Monroe belts can be supplied as a measured length of conveyor belt ready to be prepared and vulcanized on your site. All cut length belts are supplied with a central plastic core to prevent damage whilst in transit or in storage.

Smiley Monroe’s multi-ply Chevron belts are designed for space-saving, inclined conveying, where they deliver increased capacity when carrying bulk materials, such as crushed rock, recycling and demolition materials, sand and wood chip.

Our ToughFlex range is the perfect all-round solution for extreme conveying. In many applications such as primary and secondary crushing, even the thickest and heaviest conventional belts can be torn or ripped by large, sharp, and heavy materials such as construction and demolition waste or unprocessed aggregates falling onto the belt or becoming stuck. Such damage can wear down belts within a relatively short time, leading to unwelcome downtime and costly replacement belts.

Constructed with synthetic fabric plies, an additional fabric breaker ply and a heavy duty top cover, Fabric Breaker conveyor belts are a good all-rounder for crushing and screening.

Constructed with synthetic fabric plies and an additional reinforced steel wire mesh for excellent rip and puncture resistance, Ripstop conveyor belts are ideal for handling the harshest construction and demolition materials for example where rebar is present.

Our high density polyethylene (HDPE) roller is designed for the toughest applications. Due to it’s strengthened frame construction, Smiley Monroe Polymer Rollers are a direct replacement for traditional steel rollers.
