All blanket is not created equal! Durablanket® refractory ceramic fiber products are high strength, premium, needled insulating blankets that are made from spun ceramic fibers. The extra-long spun fibers, cross locked through a unique forming process, produce a blanket with exceptional handling strength. Blanket products are completely inorganic and available in a variety of temperature grades, densities, and sizes.

3100° Maximum Service Temperature. High Alumina Patching Mix – Phosphate Bonded. Ideal for ladle patch and veneering. Resists metal and slag erosion. Metal and non-metal contact areas which have spalled or eroded. 155-160 lb/ft³ Density.

Similar to SAIRSET but with increased workability and better bond strength. Can be used as is or thinned with water. Can be used for skim coating. Max service temperature 3200 F.

3000° Maximum Service Temperature. 85% Alumina, Phosphate-Bonded Patching Plaster. Formulated for application by trowel or by hand. Will not shrink or crack on heatup. Resists metal and slag erosion. Can be used on hot surfaces. Uses: Metal and non-metal contact areas which have spalled or eroded. 175 lb/ft³Density.
