Remote assistance is a technical support service that we provide remotely for the following instruments: Autostop HD, Autovelox 106. Subscribing customers receive assistance through a telematic link that gives technicians access remotely to the instrument. This therefore enables a series of operations to be performed that would otherwise require the transfer of a technician or shipment of the instrument to our office, with evident savings in terms of time and expense.

The fixed station installation support service includes: The transfer of a Sodi Scientifica specialist technician. Supervision, coordination and training of technicians on site provided by the installer partner. Testing of the entire system. Training of operators for use.

Upon request of the distribution partner, we can offer one or several additional annual warranties which prolong the usual one-year warranty included as basic in our contracts of sale and which can be consulted in the general terms and conditions of sale attached to each of our quotes. The warranty is always applicable at our office.
