Sodimate - Model ZDM 400 - Mechanical Bin Activator

This equipment is a combination of a mechanical bin activator with a flexible screw conveyor. Whatever the silo capacity the silo discharge unit ZDM guarantees flow control and accurate feeding of your powder product such as quick lime, hydrated lime, powdered activated carbon, etc.

Sodimate - Bulk Bag Discharger

The units are suitable for a variety of container designs and capacities. The Big Bag or Fibc Bag or Bulk bag can be placed on the frame with classical handling methods (fork lif, hoist, etc…). Our discharge systems for Big Bag or Fibc Bag or Bulk Bag are designed to meet the requirements of these type of storage. Sodimate - Screw Feeder

The dosing powder is stored in a hopper with a maximum volume of 2,000 L, which can also be equipped with a dust filter. The hopper discharge unit and the flexible screw conveyor optimize the performance of the metering unit and ensure its accuracy.

Sodimate - Model Type DMR - Flexible Screw Conveyor

Our flexible screw conveyors are designed to transport bulk powder material between two points (remove) without altering feed accuracy or damaging product particles. It moves powder and bulk solid materials at horizontal or vertical angles. The size of flexible screw conveyor and total length are selected according to the material being conveyed. Typically a flexible screw conveyor length can range from 1 to 20 meters.

Sodimate - Model Type ID - Injector Screw

The purpose of the injector ID is to introduce Quick or Hydrated Lime into the MBV sludge mixer or a preparation tank at a stable rate. The injector ID is located between the metering conveyor outlet and the discharge equipment. In order to optimize operation time, the injector can be operated even when moisture is present. The injector replaces the isolation valve, which is necessary in humid conditions. The injector is installed at a horizontal position, which suppresses the product’s gravitational flow inside the conduit, preventing blockages during operation. There are various types and sizes of injector screws, and the ideal injector screw is dependent upon the desired discharge rate. Construction: Stainless steel metal work and carbon steel spiral screw.

Slurry

Sodimate - Hydro Ejector for PAC and Microsand

In order to provide Microsand & Powder Activated Carbon (PAC) mixing installations that facilitate a homogeneous and 100% dustless operation, Sodimate designed, and manufactured, in addition to our regular mixing tanks, its own PAC wetting cone with hydro ejector. This type of installation reduces the power consumption since the water in the system is used to supply the hydro ejector will then transfer the product to powder.

SODIMATE now offers a tailor made mixing tank in order to provide a complete system for lime milk slurry or activated carbon slurry preparation.

Sodimate - Lime Slaker

Plant requiring large quantities of lime slurry, could be cost-effective if the quick lime is slaked on site. The process consists of injecting quick lime in an agitated slaking tank maintaining high concentration. The exothermic reaction by mixing quick lime with water creates heat and steam.

The dynamic sludge mixer MBV design is simple, robust and compact. It can be easily adapted in existing or future sludge stabilization process (for odour removal and / or agricultural purposes) of any water and waste water treatment plant. The sludge mixer is fed with hydrated lime or quick lime by a mechanical discharge and metering unit.

Sodimate - Sludge Conveyors

When the sludge is dehydrated by a belt filter press, decanter or filter press, it might be necessary to use lime and convey it to storage (bin, area, silo, etc.).  Sodimate, in addition to its quicklime discharge and metering installations and the twin-shaft mixer MBV, designs sludge handling and conveying systems by shaftless screw conveyors in order to be able to supply a complete installation.
